The role is hands-on, focused onresolving infrastructure issues, applying SRE principles, and evolvingtoward cloud-native best practices.TasksOwn and improve infrastructure across AWS, hosted, and on-prem environments,Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve stability, performance, and security issues,Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures,Apply SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident management, automation etc.),Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code,Improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and operational excellence,Collaborate closely with engineering teams and act as a technical mentor.Requirements5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE rolesStrong hands-on experience with AWS and production systemsSolid understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, and LinuxDeep knowledge of SRE principles and operating reliable distributed systemsProven ability to modernize legacy infrastructure pragmatically and safelyExperience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Prometheus/GrafanaUnderstanding of cost optimization and security best practicesProficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Go preferred)Nice to have:Experience with hybrid or on-premise infrastructure,Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).You do not have to match our job profile 100%.
