In this role, you will go beyond traditional quality testing to help shape the future of mobile imaging, bringing cinematic-level image quality and color to smartphones.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily camera testing in the laboratory, following standard protocols for configuring light sources, positioning test charts, and collecting test data.Participate in subjective and objective evaluations of smartphone camera image and video quality across various scenarios, including exposure, color, noise, texture and artifacts.Perform quantitative analyses of test results, prepare professional reports, and collaborate with R&D teams to optimize imaging algorithms and resolve identified issues.Participate in filming promotional videos related to the project, including video post-production and professional color grading based on color science principles.Apply industry-leading camera testing standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory test cases and procedures.RequirementsProfessional experience in camera testing, image quality evaluation or digital imaging, with an understanding of mobile imaging systems.Strong passion for photography and videography, with an excellent aesthetic sense and a keen eye for lighting, composition and color science.Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, particularly for professional color grading.Good knowledge of post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or Lightroom.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to prepare clear technical reports.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic R&D environment.Fluency in French, Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.Nice to HaveExperience with subjective and objective camera/image quality testing tools.Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ for test automation, data processing or analysis.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on advanced mobile imaging technologies.Collaboration with international R&D teams and imaging specialists.A technically challenging role combining camera testing, image quality evaluation and creative video production.Interested?
