Support Major Events & IncidentsEnsure effective implementation of security control measures during major events and incidents.QualificationsEducational BackgroundDegree Requirement: Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification and above.Major Requirement: Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields.Work ExperienceIndustry Experience: At least 1 year of security-related experience in property management or a similar field.Total Work Experience: At least 3 years.Skills & ExpertiseKnowledge of security management, including personnel security (man-guarding), technical security, and emergency response.Core CompetenciesCommunication Skills: Clear articulation, smooth expression, and logical thinking.Collaboration Skills: Strong organizational and management abilities; capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to implement security policies.Management Skills: Self-management; basic project and daily task management.Language Skills: Proficiency in local language + Chinese.
