AI has entered the space, but mostly as a disconnected tool sitting outside the real work.That is not enough.The real shift is turning club management into an AI-native engine: where CRM, commercial automation, and multi-channel communications are connected in one controlled layer, allowing clubs to retain players, automate tasks, and drive revenue through agentic AI and advanced analytics.BreakPointCRM is building that layer.Our platform gives clubs a workspace where agents can manage inbound leads, track player engagement, orchestrate communications, and operate seamlessly under human supervision.We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build the infrastructure behind that.What you’ll buildYou will work directly with the core team to build agentic and core engineering infrastructure for real commercial workflows.This means:Developing core platform features using Next.js (App Router) and Node.Designing large-scale AI agents leveraging LLMs like Gemini.Building robust agentic systems, vector databases, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) with custom tools.Designing and integrating external APIs and serverless architectures.Optimizing multi-tenant system performance and scalability for rapid growth across the EU and USA.Collaborating on product UI decisions to implement critical UX friendly flows.This is not a normal full-stack role. Expect uncertainty.The frontend and product surface matter, but the biggest need is infrastructure and execution speed: data models, systems engineering, deployment, and systems thinking.Your job is to accelerate our technical velocity and push the boundaries of AI-driven racket sport marketing automation.What we are looking forYou might be a fit if you:Are excellent at TypeScript, Next.js, and modern system architecture.Have built real software on SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL and AWS RDS.Understand REST APIs, serverless computing, and CI/CD pipelines.Have designed end-to-end AI agents incorporating memory, RAG, and custom tools.Use AI coding tools aggressively in your own workflow (Claude Code, Codex, Herdr, etc.) but do not confuse speed with sloppiness.Possess a creator's mindset with the initiative to deploy and iterate ideas rapidly.Have about a year of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.Care deeply about sports and technological innovation.Are a problem solver who owns their work end-to-end while being autonomous.You do not need to be a professional athlete.
