We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead the QA Automation team for a healthcare software product, defining the test automation strategy across Unit, Integration, System, Stress, and Performance tests.• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on delivery and quality commitments, embedding "shift-left," "automation-first," and risk-based testing approaches.• Remain hands-on in designing scalable frameworks, harnesses, and CI/CD pipelines that scale with product complexity.• Drive AI-native test automation, utilizing AI agents for test generation, maintenance, and triage, and establishing reusable workflows.• Mentor QA Engineers, elevate the technical bar, and contribute expertise to the broader QA community.What You'll Need• Proven leadership experience in test automation with strong technical credibility and the ability to develop senior team members.• A strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.• Extensive experience with multi-layered test frameworks, CI/CD, load and performance testing, and programming in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.• Demonstrated effective use of AI in QA, preferably with agent-based tools, and experience designing AI pipelines and test harnesses.• Fluency in both German and English, strong problem-solving skills, innovation, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset aligned with healthcare safety.What's On Offer• Competitive salary.• Flexible work arrangements with hybrid options.• Opportunities for professional development through in-house and external training.• A comprehensive benefits package including wellness programs and modern work environment amenities.Apply via Haystack today!
