We're past the idea stage 👇 - 5 clubs running active memberships across Milan, Brescia and Genoa - Multi-location chains (15+ venues) in active negotiation - 10,000+ views across our content and membership pages - Platform fully built and live The product works. The constraint now is commercial rollout, and that's where you come in. The role You'll be the second founder of a company that's already moving. It's not a "wait for instructions" role. In a typical week you might: - Close a deal with a club or a chain on Monday - Shape the product roadmap with real member feedback on Tuesday - Test a growth experiment on Wednesday - Build the partnership pipeline for the next city on Thursday - Sort out a spreadsheet at 11pm on Friday, and enjoy it You'll split ownership with me (Nadir, founder) based on your strengths. We'll decide who leads what together. You are - Based in Milan, and happy to be on the ground with clubs and partners - Fluent in English (our market goes beyond Italy) - A generalist: sales, product, ops, marketing. You've done at least two of these hands-on - Curious about nightlife and hospitality, or fast at learning new industries - Allergic to "that's not my job" - Energetic, honest and quick to act.
