You work at the intersection of aesthetics, usability and clinical reality - creating interfaces that are not only beautiful but genuinely help people in critical moments.Create high‑quality visual concepts and screen designs based on our advanced design system and evolve it further where needed.Design for a broad spectrum of touchpoints with complex workflows and diverse user groups: from radiology departments to radiation therapyWork closely with UX Research, Interaction Design, Industrial Design and Development, forming cross‑functional teams that challenge and inspire each other.Experience real clinical environments firsthand, joining shadowing sessions in hospitals and practices to deeply understand users’ needs.Shape the visual design language end‑to‑end from foundational layout decisions to polished pixel-perfect delivery.Become part of a growing, international UX organization that values open dialogue, collaborative critique, craftsmanship and continuous improvement. Required education, skills and personality requirements Required educationUniversity education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree) Postgraduate (Doctorate) Educational Specialization in User Interface Design, Communication Design or a related fieldLanguage skillsEnglish - Upper intermediate (B2) Personality requirements and skills You are confident working in English in an international environment.You have an excellent design-oriented mindset and way of working, with a focus on usersYou are particularly passionate about working on creative concepts, set high quality standards for your work and are tenacious with strong attention to detailAs a team player you encourage collaboration and dialog within and outside the central UX department at Siemens HealthineersYou enjoy lifting others up, work proactively and with ownership, and appreciate a workplace where professionalism and humor can coexist.Your qualifications and experience:Several years of professional experience in an agency or in‑house UX environment, with a strong digital portfolio showing depth, craft and systems thinking.Exceptional visual design skills: typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, visual storytelling.High proficiency in Figma and an understanding of design systems at scale.Experience in medical technology is a plus, curiosity and willingness to dive deep is even more important.A collaborative mindset: you enjoy working closely with others, giving and receiving feedback, and pushing quality together.In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 3000€.In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
