You will create the standards, models, and principles that ensure our data is reliable, accessible, secure, and ready to support the future of healthcare.This is a highly visible role where you will work with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and directly influence how data supports business growth, innovation, and compliance.Your impactAs Data Architect, you will translate business strategy into scalable data architecture solutions and standards. You will define target architectures, guide major transformation initiatives, and ensure consistent application of data principles across the organization.Your Responsibilities IncludeDefining and maintaining enterprise-wide Information & Data ArchitectureDeveloping conceptual and logical data models across master, reference, and transactional domainsEstablishing and governing data standards, metadata frameworks, naming conventions, and golden record principlesSupporting strategic initiatives such as ERP transformation, integration modernization, and analytics enablementPerforming impact analyses and acting as the design authority for data-related changesEmbedding privacy, security, compliance, and auditability into architecture designsDriving alignment across countries, business domains, and technology teamsCoaching stakeholders and increasing adoption of data architecture standardsWhat you bringBachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field3–8 years of experience in Data Architecture, Information Architecture, or a similar role within a complex enterprise environmentStrong expertise in data modelling, master data, reference data, and enterprise data governanceExperience with metadata management, data catalog solutions, and architecture modelling toolsUnderstanding of ERP landscapes and business processes such as O2C, P2P, I2M, and R2RExperience with SAP is highly preferred; experience with IFS is a plusStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent English language skillsWhat we offerAt Mediq, you will join an international healthcare organization where your work has a direct impact on millions of patients and healthcare professionals across Europe.We OfferA competitive salary between €6,500 and €7,400 gross per month, depending on experience8% holiday allowanceAnnual bonus opportunityExcellent pension scheme with substantial employer contributionHybrid working model with flexibility to balance work and private life26 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase additional daysA collaborative international environment with significant exposure to senior leadershipThe opportunity to shape enterprise-wide data standards and architecture during a major transformation journeyThis is more than a Data Architect role.
