Join us, the future is ours to shape!As Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Senior Manager you'll drive the execution of the IBP cycle at platform level by coordinating inputs, supporting forum facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of aligned outputs.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeCoordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functionsEnsure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forumsPlan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestonesSupport and co-facilitate IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP)Structure issues into clear discussion topicsTrack decisions, actions and escalationsEnsure follow-up and closure of actionsEscalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where neededEnsure adherence to IBP processes and standardsWhat You Need To Bring To The Role6–10+ years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial rolesExperience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP / IBP environmentsProven experience in the biosimilars market, including launch planningStrong cross-functional exposure and business understandingExperience working in complex, multi-market environmentsStrong organizational and coordination skillsFluent English mandatoryWhat You'll ReceiveSandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges.
