This pivotal role involves steering the technical direction of our data pipeline and data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring the platform's robustness, scalability, and reliability. As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end data solutions that facilitate secondary use of healthcare data, linking patients to clinical trials, research studies, and quality assessments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, AI/ML specialists, and healthcare professionals to shape the data architecture, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Your leadership will also extend to mentoring engineering colleagues, fostering a culture of high-quality engineering, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.
