Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with the founding team on product roadmap, conducting market and user research, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role involves building and managing an engineering team over time, setting coding standards, ensuring system reliability and security, and coordinating with marketing and operations to align product features with customer needs.
