Take ownership of an integration product area, shape the roadmap, and help drive AI-enabled automation across complex operational systems.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the integration strategy, roadmap, and backlog from discovery to delivery.Translate customer workflows into integration specifications, data mappings, and business logic.Drive integrations across scheduling, HR, expense, and ERP/accounting systems.Manage collaboration with engineering teams, customers, and external technology partners.Improve API discoverability, documentation, adoption, and AI-enabled integrations.Define and track KPIs, including integration performance, data accuracy, adoption, and reduced manual work.Requirements3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering integrations, onboarding, or API/platform products in B2B SaaS or fintech.Hands-on knowledge of API design, REST APIs, and webhooks.Ability to independently map customer workflows and create clear technical specifications and data mappings.Experience integrating enterprise systems, such as scheduling, HR, expense, or ERP/accounting platforms.Experience measuring customer adoption, time-to-value, and workflow automation outcomes.Excellent English communication skills across technical and business teams.Location & Working ModelRandstad, NetherlandsHybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office.Full-time, permanent position.
