Requirements:5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry.Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.The Role:This role bridges technical, commercial, and strategic domains—working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.Main Tasks: Lead and implement the global Wire & Cable product strategy.Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D teams.Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities.Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space.Product expert in customer meetings.
