Technical Process Manager – Salesforce & OmnichannelLocation: Amsterdam, NetherlandsEmployment Type: Full-timeOverviewTechnical Process Manager responsible for translating commercial requirements into technical process specifications across Salesforce, self-service journeys and agentic tooling. The role combines business analysis, process design, systems thinking, testing and continuous improvement across partner acquisition, onboarding and success.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate commercial requirements into developer-ready functional specifications.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and data flow diagrams.Design and improve Salesforce, Partner Hub, self-service and agentic processes.Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments and identify system dependencies and risks.Maintain end-to-end process documentation, decision logic and system touchpoints.Lead end-to-end testing, write test scripts, manage defects and validate release readiness.Challenge existing processes and recommend technically stronger solutions.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, UX, Architecture and Engineering teams.Identify downstream impacts, edge cases and opportunities for process improvement.Incorporate AI tools into process discovery, analysis and documentation.Requirements6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technical Product Management.Strong hands-on Salesforce experience.Proven experience producing developer-ready requirements and specifications.Strong knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping and testing.Experience with self-service journeys and agentic tooling; Salesforce Agentforce advantageous.Strong systems thinking, gap analysis and impact assessment skills.Cross-functional experience across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, analytical and improvement-focused approach.Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification strongly preferred.
