You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our software landscape.Responsibilities:Take ownership of core components of our Java-based platformDive deep into our existing codebase to understand its architecture, dependencies, and business logicDevelop and implement robust strategies for evolving and modernizing our software architectureDesign, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java applications and servicesGuide and mentor fellow engineers on architectural best practices and clean code principlesCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into sustainable technical solutionsDrive initiatives to improve code quality, reduce technical debt, and enhance overall system performanceWhat we are looking forYou have 8+ years of experience in Java development, including deep expertise with the Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) and other standard librariesMost importantly, you have a proven ability to quickly understand and effectively manage large, complex codebases.
