Your role will cover the full UX/UI process, from understanding user needs and conducting research to developing interaction concepts, prototypes and implementation-ready designs.The working model is 90% remote and approximately 10% onsite in Berlin.What you'll be doingConduct user research, interviews, workshops and usability testingTranslate user needs and research findings into clear, validated design conceptsCreate user journeys, user flows and interaction modelsDevelop wireframes and interactive prototypesCreate high-fidelity, implementation-ready UI designs in FigmaWork with design-system components, variables and tokensSimplify complex, data-heavy workflows through intuitive UX/UI solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional product and development teamsDocument design decisions, interaction logic and component behaviorAssess usability and accessibility and provide recommendationsPresent designs, research findings and recommendations to stakeholdersWhat we're looking for3–6+ years of professional UX/UI design experienceProven experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven digital productsStrong experience in user research, usability testing and design validationSolid experience creating user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UIStrong understanding of information architecture and interaction designExcellent Figma knowledge, including Variables, Tokens and Dev ModeExperience designing web applicationsExperience working with cross-functional and/or Scrum teamsGerman and English proficiency Nice to haveExperience with data visualization and dashboardsAccessibility audits and accessibility-focused designUX metricsAI-assisted designCondens, UXTweak and/or UXPressiaBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScriptExperience designing technical B2B applications or products in data-driven, engineering, mathematical or similar complex environmentsConditionsThis is a 1-year opportunity with P3 Digital Services, starting in November 2026.
