We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Partner with customers' development and data science teams to deeply understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and organizational challenges.• Design and architect AI/ML solutions leveraging a leading cloud platform's services to solve real customer problems at scale.• Accelerate customer adoption by partnering with technical and sales teams to drive AI/ML and GenAI workloads from exploration to production.• Act as a technical liaison between customers and service teams, channeling customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.• Evangelize AI/ML services and share best practices through technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and public speaking engagements.• Build and nurture an internal community of GenAI subject matter experts to enable knowledge sharing and technical readiness.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or equivalent experience.• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.• 4+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data & analytics.• 2+ years of experience developing AI models in real-world environments and integrating AI/ML services into large-scale production applications.• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.• Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English.What's On Offer• Competitive salary• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge GenAI and ML technologies.• Engage with a diverse range of customers to solve complex challenges.• Contribute to the evolution of AI/ML services by providing customer feedback.Apply via Haystack today!
