Your mission is to ensure that established, active products run without downtime while incrementally optimising their architecture and delivering evolutionary feature updates.This is a unique opportunity to work on products already in the hands of millions of end- users, directly shaping how the next generations of kids learn, play, and interact with technology.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of technical solutions, providing maintenance and support for the live product ecosystem to ensure seamless stability and uptimeDrive continuous evolution by refactoring existing architectures and addressing technical debt through incremental, modern technological updatesEnsure system health while delivering evolutionary feature updates and performance optimisations to keep established products active and competitiveCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals and end-user experienceContribute proactively by sharing new ideas and proposing product improvementsRequirementsWe know that sometimes, you can't tick every box.
