Read on!Your Daily ActionsAs a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our organisation, by developing the annual 3-year roadmap, and translate this into the yearly domain portfolio. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiativesDevelop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goalsTranslate strategic objectives into actionable projects.Drive project progress and manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality across projectsBuild change capabilities within the businessCoach and support the project managers within your programIdentify and manage risks and dependenciesEngage and coordinate with stakeholders across functionsReport status and progress to key stakeholdersEnsure knowledge sharing and lessons learned across projects This is YouYou’re a seasoned program manager with a strong background in organizational change. You work well independently and thrive under pressure. You have:A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field.10+ years of direct program management or project management experience, with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects.Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge.Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project.Fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages are a plus).Nice to have: Experience with quality and sustainability projects, including ESG initiatives and sustainable supply chain practices.What We OfferSurprisingly much!
