You'll own complex system implementations end-to-end, manage technical dependencies across partners, and drive flawless execution at scale.You'll define integration roadmaps, coordinate technical workstreams, and make critical decisions on system architecture and delivery approaches. This is hands-on technical leadership where execution excellence matters.What You'll DoTechnical Management: Own end-to-end delivery of complex system integrationsDefine technical roadmaps and coordinate dependencies across teams and vendorsManage timelines, milestones, and resource allocationDrive flawless execution of builds, data mappings, and transaction flowsIntegration Architecture & DesignLead technical design of interface testing frameworks and data synchronization solutionsEvaluate and select technical approaches (APIs, middleware, integration platforms)Manage technical scope aligned with immediate and long-term needsEnsure architectural decisions support system resilienceDependency & Risk ManagementOrchestrate complex deliveries with multiple dependencies and data flowsIdentify technical risks early and surface mitigation strategiesManage integration points across disparate systemsResolve technical conflicts between platforms and partnersTechnical LeadershipLead and coordinate technical workstreams across internal teams, vendors, and partnersMentor technical staff on complex integration challengesEnsure consistent execution of technical standardsGuide teams through sophisticated problem-solvingSystem Readiness & QualityEstablish rigorous interface testing and data validation frameworksOwn system readiness activities and end-to-end validationTroubleshoot transaction synchronization issuesEnsure production-ready integrations with strict data integrityTechnical Stakeholder AlignmentLead technical discussions with architects and system ownersTranslate requirements into clear delivery plansCommunicate risks and mitigation strategiesMaintain alignment across technical organizationsWho You AreEssential BackgroundProven expertise leading the technical delivery of large-scale, complex system integrations and implementationsExtensive hands-on experience managing integration technical workstreams, coordinating across multiple technical teams, and owning delivery outcomesDeep technical knowledge of enterprise system landscapes, data architectures, integration technologies, and implementation best practicesDemonstrated success orchestrating end-to-end technical implementations with multiple dependencies and partnersSAP & ERP Experience RequiredHands-on SAP and ERP platform experience is essential for this role. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
