That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible.YOUR ROLE As a Customer Satisfaction Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining robust quality standards across assigned value streams. You will act as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with automotive and customer-specific requirements.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Satisfaction & Quality PerformanceEnsure customer satisfaction and achieve quality KPIs across assigned value streamsAct as the main contact for customer quality issues and lead escalationsDrive problem-solving activities and ensure timely corrective actionsMonitor performance metrics and manage customer communicationProblem & Prevention ManagementOwn the quality problem management system and coordinate containment actionsLead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. PDCA, QRQC, Kaizen)Monitor production processes and prevent quality risksSupport plant quality teams and process surveillanceQuality Systems & ComplianceEnsure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements (AIAG, VDA)Maintain quality documentation and support auditsManage Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)Product & Process Changes / New ProjectsEnsure safe implementation of product and process changesSupport PPAP and introduce additional quality controls during changesContribute to risk identification (PFMEA) and safe project launchesQuality Assurance Development & CollaborationSupport development of the quality assurance systemEnsure effective implementation of quality controlsCollaborate with internal teams, plants, and suppliersAct as the Voice of the Customer within the organizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fieldExperience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive industryStrong knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949, AIAG, VDA)Experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, root cause analysis)Familiarity with PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and audit processesAbility to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with customer quality issues and auditsFluent English (spoken and written)WHY JOIN US?Grow with purpose.
