Senior Product Manager – Platform, Network & UX (Maritime)Holt Executive has been retained to support the appointment of a Senior Product Manager – Platform, Network & UX on behalf of a leading international maritime technology business.As the organisation continues to transform its product function, this is a key role within the Maritime business unit, responsible for a portfolio spanning platform, enterprise networking and customer-facing UX solutions.This is a senior, hands-on product leadership opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of networking, connectivity, platform technology and edge computing. You will guide a small team of Product Managers while working across Product, IT, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing to turn the wider product roadmap into successful products and commercial outcomes.The successful candidate will bring the ability to understand the technology, see the wider portfolio and drive execution, whilst being confident enough to challenge stakeholders and prioritise what matters.Key Responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager – Platform, Network & UX:Own and develop the Platform, Network & UX portfolio for the Maritime business. Guide and support a small team of Product Managers, whilst retaining hands-on product ownership. Translate customer, sales, market and technical input into clear product requirements and priorities. Represent Maritime requirements within the wider product organisation and influence the group product roadmap. Drive roadmap implementation and go-to-market execution, working across IT, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Marketing. Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including launches, migrations, enhancements and release management. Monitor product performance, adoption and commercial outcomes, using data to inform priorities and decisions. Manage dependencies across interconnected products and ensure the wider platform and network portfolio operates as a coherent solution. Work closely with Product Marketing to support launches, positioning and commercial activation. Act as a senior product representative across a complex, international stakeholder environment. Key Experience & Qualifications for the Senior Product Manager – Platform, Network & UX:8–10+ years' Product Management experience within ICT, telecommunications, connectivity or a related technology environment. Proven experience taking products from strategy and roadmap through to implementation, commercial launch and ongoing performance. Strong understanding of enterprise networking, ideally including SD-WAN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, IP networking and/or network services. Experience or strong understanding of edge cloud, platform technology and the convergence of networking, cloud and cybersecurity. Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of product performance, adoption, revenue and margins. Experience operating within an international organisation and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions. Confident working across technical and commercial environments, with the ability to challenge assumptions and make informed product decisions. Experience leading or guiding Product Managers and/or virtual cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BSS/CPQ systems and product catalogues. Maritime or maritime connectivity experience would be highly advantageous, but is not essential. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Location: The Hague preferred, with Brussels and Norway also considered.
