It is the role of the application specialist to make sure our solutions are sold and used to their best possible value and perceived as such.The application specialist plays an important role in the sales cycles, driving the “deal shaping” to make sure we offer our optimal solution and making sure our customers see the added value of the proposition of Canon Medical. Demonstrating these capabilities is another important task during the sales cycle.In the implementation project, the application specialist is an important consultant; the bridge between the users and our technical implementation team. Tasks include managing the “user group” and writing functional descriptions of what the customer would like to achieve. A growing part of this work has to do with workflows, both functionally and information management wise.In the after sales period, the application specialist visits our important customers, strengthening and extending our relationship with the doctors (and other users) and supporting them to optimally use the solution. Support tickets from users might also find their way to the application specialist, so they can get into contact with the users and make sure they get the most out of the solutions.What do you bring?Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of professional B2B pre-sales experienceExtensive knowledge of the international healthcare system (especially in the radiology field)Fluently in English and preferably Spanish and/or FrenchMust possess strong healthcare system business acumenHave at least basic level of IT knowledge and affinityExperience with advanced IT structures, like Virtual Machine setup is good to haveAbility to operate independently and lead complex client interactions up to C-levelExpertise in consultative approach and establish credibility as trusted advisor for executives, doctors, and information management officers.Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWhat do we offer?You will work in a professional team and in a challenging environment with many opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience.
