We work with specialist distributors, contractors and industry professionals across the construction sector.To strengthen our marketing team in Berlin, we are looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator with a strong background in visual communication and an interest in emerging creative technologies.In this role, you will be responsible for developing visual content across digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, product catalogues, social media, architectural visualisations and trade fair materials.Your responsibilities:You design and produce marketing materials, including catalogues, brochures, advertisements, presentations and trade fair graphics. You prepare print-ready files and ensure high production standards.You create engaging visual content for social media, including posts, carousels, animations and short-form videos. You support content planning, publishing and performance analysis.You develop realistic 3D models and architectural renderings to present our products in different environments and applications.You use generative AI tools to create and enhance product visualisations, architectural scenes and marketing assets, ensuring technical accuracy and visual consistency.You edit and retouch product photography, create image compositions and produce video content for digital channels.You create and update visual content for our WordPress website and WooCommerce platform, including landing pages, product images and digital assets.You ensure consistent application of our corporate design across all marketing channels and contribute to the development of new visual conceptsYou coordinate your projects closely with the marketing team, align on priorities and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. What you bring:You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field.You have at least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, digital media or a related creative field.You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.You have good knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering, preferably using Adobe Dimensions or comparable software.You have practical experience with generative AI tools for image creation, editing and visualisation.You are experienced in creating visual content for social media, including video editing and basic animation.You have a strong eye for typography, layout, colour, composition and visual consistency.You can translate technical products and complex information into clear, visually engaging content.You are proactive, reliable and comfortable working as part of a team.You have strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.Nice to have:You have a valid Category B driving licence.You have experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce.You have experience in photography, video production or motion graphics.You have previously worked in B2B marketing, the construction industry or another technical sector.Your portfolio matters to us.
