About The JobAs a Business Solutions Manager – Data & Analytics, you will lead a high-performing Data & Analytics team supporting business functions across the CEE region. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics solutions, managing a portfolio of initiatives and building strong partnerships with business stakeholders to maximise the value created through data and analytics.Ensure Stable Business Delivery & Stakeholder SatisfactionLead and develop a high-performing Data & Analytics team serving business functions across the CEE region. Maintain high service quality and ensure successful delivery of Data & Analytics projects, products and analytical solutions. Build trusted partnerships with senior business stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities where data and analytics can create measurable business value. Drive Portfolio Prioritisation & Value RealisationManage and continuously optimise the Data & Analytics portfolio, balancing business demand, resources and strategic priorities. Ensure delivery teams focus on initiatives generating the highest business impact. Provide clear governance, transparency and decision support regarding priorities, risks, dependencies and investment choices. Support the Transition Towards a Product-Centric Operating ModelIntroduce and embed product management practices within the Data & Analytics domain. Shape product vision, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs for key analytical products and solutions. Foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, continuous improvement and value-based delivery. Partner with global product teams to ensure regional business needs are effectively represented and delivered. About youWe are looking for a leader who combines strong people management skills with business acumen, delivery excellence and an emerging product mindset.You will bringLeadership & People ManagementProven experience leading analytical, digital, technology or data-focused teams. Strong coaching and talent development capabilities. Ability to build engagement, accountability and a collaborative team culture through periods of change. Business PartneringExperience working closely with senior business stakeholders. Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical data, analytics or technology solutions. Strong influencing and communication skills across multiple organisational levels. Data & Analytics ExpertiseSolid understanding of modern data and analytics ecosystems, including BI, reporting, data platforms and cloud technologies. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks or similar technologies. Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity and solution lifecycle management principles. Portfolio & Delivery ManagementExperience managing a portfolio of projects, products or digital solutions. Track record of balancing business demand, delivery capacity and strategic priorities. Experience managing budgets, vendors and external partners. Product MindsetUnderstanding of product management principles, including product vision, roadmap creation, backlog prioritisation and value delivery. Ability to make prioritisation decisions based on business impact and customer value. Experience working in agile, product-centric or cross-functional delivery environments will be an advantage. Personal AttributesPragmatic and results-oriented. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and organisational change. Naturally collaborative with strong relationship-building skills. Curious, proactive and continuously looking for opportunities to improve business outcomes through data and analytics.
