Once you've had a chance to explore our current open positions, apply to the ones you feel suit you best and keep track of both your progress in the selection process, and new postings that might interest you!Thanks for your interest in working on our team!Principle Duties And Essential FunctionsLead die-level DC and RF testing of active and passive silicon photonic devicesDie and evaluation board (EVB)-level testing, FMA, DVT of monolithically integrated silicon photonic – RFIC subsystems and coherent silicon photonics transceiversDie-level DC and RF testing of active III-V devices (edge emitting lasers and VCSELs)Perform reliability tests on optical components and modules (e.g. GR-468)Provide high-quality and precision measurement data to silicon photonic, firmware, RFIC and laser design teamsImplement and continuously optimize automatic tests where appropriate, build and improve test stations when neededDevelop and properly maintain required ATE SW in Git or similar SW version control toolsProvide layout and test implementation feedback to respective design teams in order to speed up testing and increase utilization of test automationProvide internal input into design, NPI, manufacturing and quality management teamsPlan testing schedules with respect to development roadmap and foundry tapeout schedulesSupervise and train company engineering staff in DC-, RF-, and optoelectrical measurement methods and best practicesKnowledge, Skills And Experience RequiredPhD or MS in electrical engineering, physics or a relevant fieldIn-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics and electromagneticsIn-depth knowledge of optical communications theory and digital communications theoryExpertise and experience in testing active and passive optoelectronic devices and integrated photonic circuits die-level, module-level and system-levelSolid knowledge and experience with test automationUnderstanding of device reliability and module-level qualification of productsExcellent work ethic and ‘can do’ attitudeDelivery oriented and self-motivatedDesire for continuous learning and self-developmentBenefitsPossibility to work in an international, multicultural environmentStrong team-oriented, friendly work cultureFlexible working hours modelInternal training programBenefit cardChild care allowance as well as drinks and fruits for free Employee discounts e. g. for events and branded productsSourced from LinkedIn.
