Following continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of key initiatives across their AML and fraud product portfolioThe Role Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams, you’ll help shape both the strategy and ongoing evolution of the platformYou’ll be responsible for:• Owning and evolving the roadmap across AML and financial crime solutions• Translating business and customer requirements into clear product priorities• Working closely with Engineering to define requirements and functionality• Monitoring AML regulations, market developments and emerging financial crime trends• Gathering customer insight to drive product improvements• Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on go-to-market initiatives• Providing leadership with visibility across roadmap progress, priorities and risks• Helping improve product processes and champion a strong customer-led product cultureWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll ideally have: ✓ Product Owner / Product Manager experience within AML, fraud or financial crime technology✓ Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and AML/compliance processes✓ Experience within FinTech, RegTech, SaaS or compliance technology✓ The ability to bridge technical, regulatory and commercial conversations, coming from a strong technical background (ideally have previous developer experience)✓ Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills✓ Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment✓ C1/C2 Spanish and the ability to work hybrid based in MadridThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and influence over a growing financial crime product suite within an innovative, AI-led environment.
