We are seeking a Lead Java Backend Developer to join the team building a new Currency Administration (FX hedging/overlay) platform. This system is a rule-based engine that consumes external data, performs FX overlay calculations and raises alerts for required transactions through an internal exception dashboard. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Java/Spring and the ability to think independently and suggest improvements, acting as a proactive problem-solver rather than just a coder. Please note that working from the office 3 days per week is required.
