Senior Machine Learning Consultant | Generative AI | LLMs | Germany (Hybrid)AI Futures has been exclusively retained to hire a hands-on Senior Machine Learning Consultant for a leading global technology company headquartered in Germany.This is a high-impact opportunity to design and deliver next-generation AI & ML solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, LLMs and scalable enterprise AI architectures across sectors including healthcare, public sector and automotive.Hybrid: Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Berlin, Bonn, Darmstadt, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich or Stuttgart.Remuneration: Up to €160k total packageThe RoleDesign and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for complex enterprise business problemsTranslate customer requirements into robust AI architectures and production-ready solutionsDevelop end-to-end ML systems focused on LLMs and Generative AIDeploy AI solutions into enterprise IT landscapes, considering security, scalability and regulatory requirementsLead technical workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholdersEvaluate emerging AI technologies, tools and frameworksPartner with engineering, product, sales and consulting teams to shape AI opportunities and support technical pre-salesThe Candidate5+ years' experience across Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science and/or AI ConsultingStrong Python skills with experience building production-grade ML systemsPractical experience with LLMs, Generative AI and Transformer architecturesStrong experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, ideally with Hugging FaceStrong understanding of AI architecture, MLOps and modern software engineeringExperience integrating AI solutions through APIs and deploying scalable ML systemsStrong customer-facing communication and presentation skillsTechnical pre-sales experience is a bonusRAG experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly desirableLanguages: German and EnglishAI Futures Ltd | Filling the AI skills gap ®
