RequirementsProven experience managing senior and/or principal-level engineers.Strong people leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, prioritisation and providing direction to highly experienced technical specialists.Strong understanding of AI, AI agents and agentic workflows, beyond simply using AI productivity tools.Experience building, implementing or defining strategies for AI-driven or agentic workflows.Ability to discuss AI architecture, implementation approaches, security considerations and technical trade-offs with credibility.Strong awareness of current developments across AI and agentic technologies.Solid technical understanding of IAM, including authentication, authorisation, federation and modern identity concepts.Experience leading complex technical projects or programmes across engineering teams.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating to senior leadership.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, autonomous and evolving technology environment.
