About The RoleThis is a founding marketing role at an early-stage B2C healthtech startup, giving you the opportunity to build the marketing function entirely from scratch. You'll own growth, go-to-market strategy, and brand storytelling — working closely with leadership to drive revenue and user acquisition in the personalized health and diagnostics space.What You'll DoDefine and execute GTM strategy across channels to drive revenue and user growth. Lead brand positioning and storytelling to craft a compelling market narrative. Manage and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Oversee social media, partnership, and influencer marketing programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams. Set and manage marketing budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI across channels. Build and maintain performance dashboards using tools like GA4 and CRM integrations. Grow and mentor the marketing team as the company scales. What We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or adjacent fields. Proven track record defining and executing multi-channel GTM strategies that drive revenue growth. Strong brand storytelling and positioning skills. Proficiency in digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Experience with advanced marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM/tooling integration (e.g., GA4, dashboards). Experience managing influencer and partner marketing campaigns, including negotiation. Strong analytical skills for testing, iterating, and scaling marketing strategies. Comfortable managing budgets and forecasting across multiple channels. Experience building or leading a marketing function is a plus. Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: €35,000 – €70,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available for this role.LocationOn-site in Berlin, Germany or Helsinki, Finland.
