wants to move beyond polishing interfaces and instead help define how people will work in an AI-first future.The RoleThis is a true Founding Product Designer position.You'll work directly alongside the founders, engineering team and early customers, taking ownership of the entire design process-from understanding customer problems through to designing and shipping production-ready solutions.Rather than joining an established design function, you'll help build one.Your work will shape product direction, influence strategy and have a direct impact on achieving Product-Market Fit.What You'll Be DoingLead Product DiscoveryCustomer understanding sits at the centre of the role.You'll regularly speak with users, observe how they work and uncover opportunities to simplify
