🚀 We’re Hiring: Test Manager / Senior QA TesterAt Infoser NT, we are looking for a Test Manager / Senior QA Tester to join an international technology project within the automotive sector, working on a business-critical backend platform supporting Aftersales and customer-related processes.🌍 Work model: 100% Remote🌐 International project – Good level of English requiredWe are looking for a senior QA professional with strong experience in test strategy, functional testing, regression testing and API validation, capable of taking ownership of quality assurance activities within a complex backend environment.🔎 What will you do?Define and maintain the overall testing strategy and test plans.Design and execute functional and regression testing.Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios and test datasets.Validate backend services and integrations through REST APIs.Analyse and validate JSON requests and responses.Create, execute and maintain Postman Collections.Work with structured test data, including CSV and UTF-8 datasets.Identify, document and track defects and quality issues.Produce test documentation, test evidence and quality reports.Define and improve QA procedures, standards and best practices.Collaborate closely with development, product and technical teams.Participate in meetings and technical discussions with international teams.🧩 What are we looking for?Strong experience as a Senior QA Tester, QA Lead or Test Manager.Experience defining test strategies and test plans.Solid experience in functional and regression testing.Hands-on experience testing backend applications and REST APIs.Good knowledge of HTTP, REST and JSON-based integrations.Strong practical experience with Postman and Postman Collections.Experience preparing and managing test datasets.Experience using Jira and Confluence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously in distributed international teams.☁️ Nice to haveExperience working with AWS, Kubernetes, cloud environments or containerized applications will be highly valued.A good professional level of English is required, as the role involves regular meetings, technical discussions and collaboration with international teams.✨ What do we offer?100% remote positionLong-term international projectModern backend and cloud environmentHigh-impact project within the automotive sectorCollaboration with international technical teamsHigh level of autonomy and responsibility within QA activities
