Our main mission is to transform hypercasual titles into deep, engaging midcore games by developing richer gameplay experiences, stronger progression systems, and long-term player engagement.The studio is currently working on titles including Epic Plane Evolution, Path of Kings, Gear Fight and Archery Clash.RoleYour Responsibilities Will IncludeModify and iterate on Unity projects across our portfolio of hybrid-casual and midcore gamesCreate custom gameplay setups, scenes, animations, environments, skins, and visual assetsPrototype gameplay variations and concepts for advertisingRecord, edit, and upload gameplay videos for creative testingShare modified builds with the Marketing and User Acquisition teamsAnalyze creative performance and benchmark competitors to improve resultsProfileStrong Unity skills and experience modifying existing game projectsInterest in mobile games, particularly hybrid-casual, casual, or midcore titlesCreative, curious, and comfortable experimenting independentlyBasic knowledge in motion tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut DesktopAble to work across multiple projects and adapt quicklyFluent in spoken and written English or Russian
