Your responsibilities, Managing projects from kick-off through analysis, development, testing, UAT, rollout and post-go-live support., Taking ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and delivery commitments., Preparing project plans, milestones, forecasts and resource needs., Coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers and architects., Acting as the main operational contact for clients, partners and internal stakeholders., Leading project meetings and ensuring clear decisions, owners and deadlines., Monitoring progress, resolving blockers and escalating risks early., Managing project changes and assessing their impact on scope, timeline and budget., Coordinating environments, releases, UAT, pilot deployments and go-live readiness.
