A Snapshot of Your Day Commercial Project Managers are responsible for the financial and commercial management of large customer projects. As an AI Transformation Consultant, you will help transform how this work is performed through AI, automation, and digital solutions.Working closely with Commercial Project Managers, process experts, IT teams, and data specialists, you will identify business challenges, design AI-enabled solutions, build prototypes, and support the rollout of solutions that create measurable business value.How You’ll Make An ImpactIdentify and evaluate AI use cases across forecasting, reporting, risk management, contract management, and knowledge management.Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution concepts and working prototypes.Collaborate with IT, data, and platform teams to develop, test, and deploy AI solutions and agents.Support adoption through demonstrations, workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement.Ensure solutions comply with Siemens Energy data governance, security requirements, and responsible AI principles.What You BringDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.Hands-on professional experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, software development, data analytics, or related areas.Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and automation technologies.Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, data processing, and rapid prototyping of AI solutions.Experience working with cloud-based AI services, enterprise systems, and data platforms.Ability to translate business challenges into technical solution concepts and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and passion for applying AI to real-world business problems.Fluent English skills.About The TeamOur Corporate Functions are essential in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments, business areas, and regions.
