Deadline for applications: 10/09/2026Based in Warsaw, Poland, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) continues to expand its workforce to meet increasing operational demands.In this context, Frοntex is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in the EUROSUR Business Capabilities Sector, who, reporting to the Head of Sector, will be responsible for the following tasks:Supporting on the EUROSUR integrated framework for information exchange programme and project management to lead advanced data and information exchange and situational awareness solutions adoption, with core functions of governance, transformation and automation.Supporting business experts and product owners during definition of EUROSUR requirements and services development.Ensuring the implementation of business, users, and technical and security needs into requirements specification and maintaining and tracking requirements throughout the lifecycle of EUROSUR ecosystem of tools and capabilities.Supporting and task management of the deployment of EUROSUR integrated framework product and services in the implementation of projects, including business implementation and change management.Encouraging the flexible evolution of the EUROSUR integrated framework as the organization matures on its intelligence-driven organization journey.Estimating and managing budget for EUROSUR operational and continuous improvement projects.Providing strategic advice on, and support the planning, monitoring and coordination of the activities and processes of the Sector;Contributing to, designing, monitoring and/or reporting of the implementation and operation of EUROSUR integrated framework, and ensuring that their quality inputs are in line with the strategic objectives of the Agency;In cooperation with other business entities, leading the design, planning and implementation of EUROSUR programme and projects, their objective setting and development of subsequent implementation measures;Identifying, assessing and proposing new (multi-annual) operational programs developing EUROSUR business capabilities related activities.
