We are leaders in digital technology services, delivering large-scale technological solutions for some of the world's leading organizations.What we look for?We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer AWS + AI to join our team.This role is focused on the design, automation, deployment, and operation of cloud infrastructures on AWS, with a strong emphasis on DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Artificial Intelligence platforms within enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate integration, validation, and continuous deployment processes.Manage and evolve AWS services including EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and networking components.Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.Apply security standards and DevSecOps best practices throughout the entire cloud platform lifecycle.Deploy, integrate, and operate AI-based solutions and components on AWS, ensuring scalability, availability, performance, and security.Support AI and Machine Learning services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q, and container-based inference platforms on ECS/EKS.Automate operational processes, environment provisioning, and deployments to improve efficiency and platform reliability.Collaborate closely with Development, Architecture, Data, and AI teams in Agile environments to deliver secure and efficient cloud solutions.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud workloads and infrastructure performance.Mandatory RequirementsProven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer working with AWS cloud environments.Strong knowledge of AWS services including EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard DevOps tools.Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, cloud security, identity and access management, and governance practices.Experience deploying and operating AI/ML platforms and services in AWS environments.Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams.High level of English communication skills.Nice To HaveExperience with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q, or similar Generative AI platforms.Knowledge of AI Governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Professional, Security Specialty, Machine Learning Specialty, etc.).Experience with observability and monitoring solutions.Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and platform engineering concepts.Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.What can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).Retribución Flexible Program (Meals, Kindergarten, Transport, Online English Lessons, Health Care Plan, and more).Free access to several training platforms.Professional stability and career plans.UST also compensates referrals, from which you could benefit when referring professionals.The option to choose between 12 or 14 salary payments throughout the year.Real Work-Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime, etc.).UST Club Platform discounts and gym access discounts.If you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to provide further details.
