This role in summaryJoin the IT Infrastructure & Operations team at Beko Europe to build and structure the End User Device inventory (laptops, phones, printers, monitors) across 20+ legal entities in Europe, including leasing and mobile service contracts. You will design the governance process behind this data, create dashboards for management reporting, and help shape an AI-driven program that automates data maintenance.Your responsibilities will includeConducting a full inventory of End User Devices across all European legal entitiesMapping and consolidating device leasing contracts and mobile service contractsDesigning the business process for ongoing device data governanceIdentifying local data owners in each country and coordinating with them to keep data accurateCreating process documentation and delivering training to local ownersCoordinating the development of a data management program with the internal AI team, from design to prototyping and testingBuilding dashboards and visual reports to track device inventory and contract statusSupporting executive presentations and status reporting on the projectMinimum requirementsCurrently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a IT related discipline, with an active university internship agreementFluent English (written and spoken) for daily work in a multicultural, pan-European environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)What we offerYou can expect to gain so much more than a curricular full time 6-month internship:great business exposure and hands-on experiencefull accountability of your own projectconstant support and interaction with our managersa monthly expense reimbursement of 900€ gross + meal vouchers (10€ per day for each day in the office)smart, open space and hi-tech office environmentthe opportunity to work into the number one major appliance manufacturer in the world.Sounds interesting?Apply now!We are an equal opportunity employer.
