Nostrion: Meet Your Future EmployerNostrion builds a sovereign AI platform for organizations that work with sensitive data and operate under strict regulatory and security requirements. We enable companies to adopt AI without relying on public AI platforms, giving them full control over their data, models, workflows, and compliance. Our platform is designed for high-trust environments where reliability, explainability, scalability, usability, and auditability are essential. At Nostrion, we combine strong product thinking with deep technical execution to build AI systems that professionals can rely on every day.As AI becomes part of critical business workflows, the real challenge is not only building powerful technology. It is making sure AI works in real operational environments, solves actual business problems, and can be adopted by the people who need to use it every day. What Does Nostrion Offer You?You will join a highly ambitious and focused team where ownership, autonomy, and product quality are central. We work in a hands-on, product-driven environment with short communication lines and a strong bias toward execution. You will have direct influence on how customer problems are translated into working AI solutions, vertical use cases, product capabilities, and scalable platform features. Nostrion offers a competitive salary, attractive employment conditions, and the opportunity to help shape a company building at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, compliance, and enterprise software. This is an opportunity to work close to customers, build fast, validate directly in the field, and help bring sovereign AI from concept to real business impact in regulated and high-trust environments.Your RoleAs a Forward Deployment Engineer at Nostrion, you sit where customer problems meet the product. You work directly with clients in specific industries and niches to understand how they actually work, identify the use cases that matter, build vertical proofs of concept, and help turn successful pilots into scalable platform capabilities together with the technical team. This is a tight feedback loop, not a traditional backlog. An idea you identify on Monday can be live with real users by Friday. You build it, ship it, watch how people use it, learn from the results, and improve it again. You own that loop end to end: you analyze the business case, build the prototype, support validation in the field, and guide adoption.Your goal is not simply to deliver a proof of concept. Your role is to determine which customer-specific solutions have the potential to become repeatable platform features. You make that call based on evidence: user behavior, business value, technical feasibility, adoption, and scalability. You also play an important role in the human side of change. You help users understand how to work with AI, how their processes may shift, and where the platform creates real, practical value. You are close enough to the customer to see what works in practice, and close enough to the product and engineering teams to help shape what should be built next. What Do You Bring? You are a strong builder, but above all, you are obsessed with outcomes. You combine technical skill with creativity, business understanding, and the ability to move quickly from problem to working solution. You are comfortable structuring messy problems, thinking quantitatively, and debugging your way through complex challenges. You stay sharp when things fail, learn quickly, and are able to translate customer input into practical solutions that can be tested, validated, and improved. You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or an equivalent quantitative field. Python experience is useful, but it matters less than your ability to understand a business process, communicate clearly, and work with technical teams to turn an idea into something that works. You have a strong interest in diving deep into new domains together with customers. You enjoy understanding how industries, workflows, users, and operational processes really function. You are able to ask the right questions, separate signal from noise, and identify where AI can create measurable value.Experience in consulting, data analysis, product implementation, AI delivery, business engineering, technical product development, or customer-facing software implementation is a strong plus. You care about speed, quality, adoption, and impact. You do not just want to build something impressive. You want to build something that people actually use.Your TeamYou work closely with Product, AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, UX/UI, and customer-facing teams to translate real customer problems into working solutions and reusable product capabilities. You help bridge the gap between customer discovery, technical implementation, and product development. You bring evidence from the field back into the product organization and help the team decide which vertical solutions should become scalable platform features. As part of the Nostrion team, you play a key role in turning sovereign AI into practical, adopted, and trusted solutions for organizations that operate in complex and regulated environments. How to Get InSend us one thing you have shipped, including links if available, and a few lines explaining what you built, why you built it, and what you would do differently next time.We care about what you have actually delivered, not how perfectly you phrase it.
