You dive deep into our business units, understand their daily pain points, and transform them into structured, AI-supported requirements.Beyond individual projects, you are responsible for shaping, structuring, and advancing BizLink’s overarching AI strategy. This includes identifying strategic opportunity fields, analyzing business potential, developing strategic options, and supporting management in making informed strategic decisions.You actively steer the AI strategy process—from opportunity discovery and strategic prioritization to decision preparation and execution in concrete AI initiatives. Your role ensures that AI investments are aligned with BizLink’s long-term business strategy and generate measurable operational and strategic value.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Based on our strategic realignment, your core responsibilities include:● Strategic AI Orchestration: Lead the development and continuous refinement of the holistic, group-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment between technological potential and long-term business goals.● Cross-Domain Opportunity Scouting: Act as a strategic partner across all department domains to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases through a fully holistic business lens.● Business Processes Analysis: Run required analysis on existing processes (e.g., using SAP Signavio or other BPM tools) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in current processes as well as to quantify benefits of “to-be” processes with integrated AI and automation solutions.● Business Transformation Design: Define "how" AI is employed within business processes by designing integrated "to-be" workflows that bridge the gap between legacy operations and intelligent automation.● Strategic Portfolio Management: Build and govern a structured portfolio of AI initiatives, translating high-level strategic decisions into actionable implementation roadmaps.● Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements, in particular the EU AI Act, as well as the ability to ensure the ethical and legal compliance of implemented solutions while closely collaborating with Legal and IT Securitydepartments.● Value-Driven Governance: Establish decision-making frameworks and KPIs to ensure all AI investments deliver measurable strategic value and operational excellence.● Collaborative Facilitation: Lead cross-functional strategy workshops (e.g., Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping) to foster a unified vision for AI adoption across the organization.● Holistic Requirements Engineering: Translate complex business needs into structured technical specifications, ensuring that AI solutions are built to solve core organizational challenges.● Change & Innovation Leadership: Serve as the central catalyst for AI-driven process transformation, guiding the organization through the cultural and operational shifts required for digital maturity.
