What you could work on • Shape software architecture and technical direction, balancing delivery speed, maintainability, performance and security. • Stay close to the code: design and build critical features, review changes and help engineers resolve complex technical problems. • Break down product requirements into achievable technical plans, identify dependencies and communicate trade-offs with product and business stakeholders. • Set practical engineering standards for testing, code quality, API design, documentation and secure development. • Improve CI/CD pipelines, release practices, observability and production reliability in collaboration with platform and operations teams. • Mentor engineers, share knowledge and create an environment where the team can make sound technical decisions. • Address technical debt and guide incremental improvements without losing sight of customer needs and delivery commitments. Technology focus We welcome strong experience in a modern software stack, such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java, .NET, Python or Go, alongside sound API and database design. Cloud platforms, containers, distributed systems and front-end architecture can be valuable depending on the project. You do not need to master every technology: highlight your strongest stack, leadership experience and delivery outcomes. Remote collaboration Work model: remote. Target: international opportunities.
