The role:Our client is preparing for a significant business transformation and is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing and help ensure the organization is ready for the changes ahead.You will work with project teams and business stakeholders to plan and lead testing, keep activities on track, and help users prepare for the transition.Key responsibilities:Lead the overall testing approach and schedule.Coordinate testing activities with project teams and business users.Ensure key business processes are tested thoroughly.Track progress, issues, and risks, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.Support users during testing and help resolve questions or issues.Coordinate readiness checks ahead of the transition.Help teams prepare for new processes and ways of working.Experience: Experience leading testing within a large business or technology change program.Strong planning and coordination skills.Confident working with project teams and business stakeholders.Clear communication and a practical approach to resolving issues.Fluent in Dutch; professional English is also required.Experience supporting users through change is an advantage.Assignment details:The project scope, team structure, location arrangements, and duration will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
