In addition, central teams of specialists at Publicis Media support the agencies' clients in these areas: Data and Technology, Analytics and Insights, Research, Content, Performance, Buying and Business Development.OverviewWe are looking for an experienced information security professional who combines strong security expertise with a practical understanding of modern software, data and cloud engineering. Working closely with our engineering teams, you will translate security risks and requirements into actionable technical guidance and help embed security into architectures, platforms and delivery processes.Your Core ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted security partner to software, data, cloud and BI engineering teams, engaging as a technical peer on architectures, technologies and delivery practices.Translate identified risks and security requirements into concrete, technically actionable remediation guidance.Review solution and cloud architectures, contribute to threat modelling and support secure design decisions from an early stage.Work with engineering teams to embed security controls, automated checks and secure-by-design practices into development and CI/CD processes.Define pragmatic security guardrails, reference patterns and implementation guidance that enable secure delivery without creating unnecessary bottlenecks.Support the prioritisation and resolution of vulnerabilities, balancing security risk, technical feasibility and business impact.Partner with engineering and business teams to assess security risks associated with AI solutions and services, and help define guardrails for their secure and responsible adoption.QualificationsMUST HAVEMinimum of 5 years’ experience in information security, cyber security or a related role.Demonstrated experience partnering with software, data, cloud or BI engineering teams in technically complex environments.Ability to discuss architectures, vulnerabilities and mitigation options at a detailed technical level and translate findings into pragmatic, implementable measures.Strong understanding of modern software delivery, cloud-native architectures and DevSecOps principles.Collaborative working style, with the ability to influence technical decisions without relying solely on policies or formal authority.Fluency in English.NICE TO HAVEFamiliarity with emerging AI security risks, responsible AI principles or relevant frameworks, with a strong interest in developing further expertise in this area.Working knowledge of established security frameworks and standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001.Experience with data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).German language skills.Sounds like you?
