The engagement focuses on designing and implementing robust automation solutions that improve testing efficiency, increase coverage across critical MVP paths, and support high-quality software delivery.Working closely with manual testers, developers, and programme stakeholders, you will help define automation priorities, maintain automation frameworks, and contribute to continuous quality assurance across card and banking platforms.Fluency in Polish is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and implement regression test automation for critical MVP business and system pathsBuild and maintain the MVP Regression Pack to support repeatable and scalable testing executionAutomate smoke and regression test scenarios where environments, integrations, and test data are availableMaintain automation scripts, analyse automation execution results, and provide clear reporting on test outcomesCollaborate with manual testers and QA teams to identify and prioritise suitable scenarios for automation coverageSkills & Experiences To Get The Job DoneProven experience in test automation within banking, payments, or enterprise technology environmentsStrong knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting languages, and automated testing best practicesExperience developing and maintaining regression and smoke automation suitesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, test management tools, and defect tracking platformsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teamsExperience with card issuing, payments, or transaction processing systemsKnowledge of tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, or similar automation frameworksExposure to API, integration, or end-to-end automation testingExperience working within agile delivery environmentsISTQB or automation-related certificationsIMPORTANTFluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatoryGood command of English for documentation and collaborationONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPSScreening call with the RecruiterHiring Manager Technical InterviewClient Interview Feedback/OfferWe offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects.
