For a leading investment management firm, we are looking for a:Product Development & Investment Solutions | Private Assets SpecialistThe role sits within the Investment Solutions team and focuses on the origination, structuring, and implementation of sophisticated private asset solutions for clients. The position offers exposure to the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and concept development to operational setup and ongoing monitoring, in an international and cross-functional environment.The selected candidate will contribute to the development of bespoke solutions across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt, with particular exposure to the French and German markets.ResponsibilitiesOriginate and develop bespoke investment solutions across private asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure debt and equity, real estate, and private debt.Translate client requirements, regulatory constraints, market trends, and strategic priorities into actionable product concepts.Conduct market intelligence across the asset management and life insurance sectors, identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the private asset space.Support the operational setup of UCITS and alternative investment funds within a multi-jurisdictional environment, working closely with affiliated management companies.Coordinate complex product development initiatives involving investment, legal, compliance, marketing, and other internal and external stakeholders.Monitor portfolios and analyse performance, preparing market updates and strategic reporting for internal stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous evolution of the investment solutions platform by identifying innovative structures, vehicles, and opportunities across private markets.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field. CFA or CAIA certification is considered a plus.5–8 years of experience in product development, risk management, investor relations, or similar roles, with a focus on semi-liquid and private asset solutions.Strong understanding of private asset fund structures and strategies, including closed-ended and evergreen vehicles.Solid knowledge of the private asset value chain, from regulatory frameworks and capital calls to liquidity mechanisms, valuation processes, and investor reporting.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial data platforms such as Preqin, Morningstar, and Bloomberg.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and actionable solutions.Fluency in English. Knowledge of German and/or French is considered a plus.Location: MilanBase salary range: € 65.000 – 70.000
