We are looking for a Software Developer (.NET) for a key client based in Poland.📍This position is mainly remote, but candidates must be based within 2h by car from Warsaw.Main tasks:Designs and develops the systemLead development teamsTranslates requirements into designOptimizes software from performance, security and quality points of viewProduces technical documentationEstimates effort and time for developmentSets software development standardsPropose technical solutions for business needs and technical problemsCollects and interprets software metricsManages configuration and releasesContributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deploymentTests solutions and develops testing toolsDocuments developmentsPrototypes solutionsActs as 2nd and 3rd line support👇 REQUIREMENTS (all mandatory)Knowledge and skills:Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution.Expert in developing enterprise level software systems.Knows UML and can design applications in UML.Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer.Worked in Scrum developments.Specific requirementsProven development and support of enterprise web applications on .NET (Core / 8) with C#, Entity Framework and SQL Server, and of React/TypeScript single-page applications, including build and deployment through Azure DevOps Pipelines.Hands-on experience with deployment and operation of applications on Windows/IIS and container or virtualised platforms (Nutanix / OpenShift), background-job frameworks (e.g. Hangfire), ASP.NET Core Data Protection and certificate management, and with security-scan (Checkmarx) and penetration-test remediation.Experience integrating applications with SAML 2.0 / Entra ID, PDF and image-processing libraries and document-management interfaces, and with taking over a code base delivered by an external contractor (code review, technical-debt management, third-line support).Experience supporting production systems in a large organization context (release management through a Change Advisory Board, UAT support, incident analysis) and readiness to work alongside a 3rd party development contractor during its third-level-support period.Minimum experience:Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience, of which at least 3 years must be relevant to this role.Certifications:At least 1 advanced level certificate in software development (or equivalent).Education:Bachelor's degree or 3 years of higher education.Language:English (min. B2-level)
