We are looking for a professional to support the development and optimization of business processes based on the Camunda BPMN workflow engine within the Digital Product Center. The platform is responsible for the end-to-end processing of banking products across digital channels, enabling automation, orchestration, and monitoring of business workflows.What You Will Do- Process Modeling: Design and model business workflows using BPMN 2.0 and DMN decision tables in Camunda Modeler. - Integration Analysis: Define REST/SOAP API specifications and perform data mapping between Camunda, front-end applications, and the bank's core systems. - Quality Assurance (QA): Develop test scenarios and validate process logic and system integrations, including end-to-end (E2E) testing, error handling, and retry mechanisms. - Technical Documentation: Prepare UML sequence diagrams and User Stories to support software development teams. - Issue Investigation & Monitoring: Analyze application logs and monitor workflow execution in Camunda Cockpit to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process anomalies.Requirements- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis or software testing, preferably within the banking, fintech, or e-commerce sectors. - Camunda Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Camunda BPM ecosystem, including practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN standards. - Technical Skills: Solid understanding of JSON and XML data formats, as well as experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). - Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of SQL for test data validation and database verification. - Domain Knowledge: Understanding of digital sales and onboarding processes, including customer onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), credit scoring, and contract origination/execution workflows.BenefitsProfessional development – continuous learning opportunities and internal mobility.
