We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to design, deliver, and support modern media‑workflow architectures across ingest, asset management, editing, replay, routing, orchestration, and scheduling systems.You will be responsible for ensuring multiple platforms, such as media asset management (MAM) and production asset management (PAM), workflow orchestration, resource scheduling, editing systems, replay servers, and automation layers, as well as playout, broadcast control, and storage environments - operate together seamlessly in high-demand production environments.You combine deep expertise in broadcast and media & entertainment technologies with strong workflow design capabilities, vendor management experience, hands-on integration skills and the ability to contribute to pre-sales and solution definition activities? Then you’re the perfect fit for our team!Your TasksWorkflow Architecture & System IntegrationDesign end‑to‑end media workflows across ingest, logging, editing, replay, metadata, and delivery.Integrate modern media platforms such as:Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and Production Asset Management (PAM) solutionsWorkflow orchestration engines (e.g., low‑code automation platforms)Resource scheduling/booking systemsReplay servers and live production systemsPlayout automation, broadcast control systems, and storage platforms (depending on project scope)Define workflow logic, metadata mapping, error handling, and operational behaviourDesign and integrate workflows across hybrid and cloud-native environmentsPre-Sales & Solution DesignSupport pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, architecture proposals, and technical discussions with clientsTranslate customer requirements into scalable and feasible architectures, including cloud-based and hybrid deployment modelsCollaborate with sales and account teams to shape winning proposals and define solution scopeOrchestration & AutomationBuild and optimise automated workflows for content movement, quality checks, routing, and publishingDefine failure‑mode behaviour, observability, alerting, and operator‑friendly error surfacingEnsure consistent ID/naming logic and reliable end‑to‑end flow executionTechnical Leadership & DeliveryLead technical workshops, requirements gathering, and workflow definition sessionsOversee implementation work across integrators, vendors, engineering teams, and developersProvide hands‑on guidance during commissioning, testing, migration, and operational rolloutGuide implementation of IP-based video and audio infrastructures, including ST-2110 environmentsDocumentation & Knowledge TransferProduce clear workflow documentation, architectural diagrams, and handover materialsCreate operational guides, acceptance criteria, and system behaviour explanationsCross‑Team CollaborationWork closely with engineering, operations, editorial/creative teams, and software developersAct as a technical liaison across vendors and technology partnersProvide clear communication around risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery timelinesOn‑Site ParticipationSupport on‑site build, commissioning, validation testing, and operational readiness activitiesAssist technical teams during system launch phases and early operational periodsYour ProfileTechnical SkillsDeep understanding of media workflows (ingest → MAM → editing → replay → delivery)Experience with modern orchestration/automation platformsFamiliarity with scheduling/booking/resource management systemsUnderstanding of replay/slow‑motion systems, editing environments (e.g., Adobe Premiere), and media routingExposure to playout automation, broadcast control (e.g., 2110 environments), and storage technologies is a strong plus (depending on project needs)Strong API, integration, and metadata‑mapping knowledgeExperience with cloud platforms and architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar)Strong understanding of IP-based video & audio networksSoft SkillsExcellent communication: able to explain complex workflows simplyLeadership in stand‑ups, Kanban boards, and agile delivery environmentsStrong stakeholder management across operations, engineering, and vendor teamsCalm, structured problem‑solving approach under time pressureExperiencePrior hands‑on delivery of multi‑system integration projects in media/broadcast/productionDemonstrated ability to produce high‑quality architectural and workflow documentationTrack record of leading technical streams and coordinating cross‑team deliveryExperience supporting or contributing to pre-sales, bids, or customer workshops is a plusOur offerYou can expect a secure and attractive role within a successful, dynamic, international company.
