Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior IT AnalystHybrid work- Gdansk/Gdynia/WarsawB2B 125-135pln/h/net+vatResponsibilities:Clarify, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for change initiativesDrive assigned initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target stateAnalyse business needs, systems and data models to support solution designTranslate business needs into requirements for T24 and reporting solutionsAnalyse end-to-end data flows across T24, integrations, data platforms and reporting systemsFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and reporting teamsIdentify upstream and downstream impacts of changes, including data lineage, reconciliation, controls and operational processesSupport solution design by clarifying T24 product configuration, account events, transaction flows, interfaces and reporting requirementsDefine acceptance criteria and test scenarios covering standard and exception processingInvestigate production incidents and data discrepancies across systemsCollaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams throughout refinement and deliveryTake ownership of cross-system issues until root cause, impact and resolution are identifiedContribute to application modernization, simplification and innovation initiativesEnsure solutions meet scope, quality standards and delivery timelinesStrengthen application robustness, scalability and production stabilityProvide guidance, facilitation, coaching and review within the area of responsibilitySupport agile collaboration across business, IT and external partnersRequirements:Strong requiplrements analysis skillsGood business and banking domain knowledgeProficiency in SQL and working with large, complex datasetsStrong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceAbility to define functional and non-functional requirementsUnderstanding of end-to-end data flows, data lineage, reconciliation and reporting processesExperience facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholdersKnowledge of deposits, accounts, balances, interest, fees, value dates, postings and transaction lifecycleExperience creating source-to-target mappings and business data definitionsAbility to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios and expected resultsExperience investigating production incidents and data discrepancies across multiple systemsAbility to work closely with Product Owners and developers throughout the delivery lifecycleAbility to manage cross-system issues and drive resolutionExperience working in Agile/SAFe environmentsSelf-organizing and self-driven approachProactive, creative and innovative mindsetAbility to build effective relationships with stakeholders and team membersAbility to adapt to change and work independentlyVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have:Experience with T24 (Temenos Transact)Experience working in a Nordic bankKnowledge of the Hadoop ecosystemExperience with SnowflakeOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
